Festplatte Seagate Momentus 5400.6 defekt?

    In meinem Laptop ist eine 500GB Festplatte eingebaut, vor einiger Zeit hat die Festplatte auf einmal Daten meiner mit Bitlocker verschlüsselten Partition so zerstört, dass ich mein ganzes System neu aufsetzten musste. Nun glaube ich, dass die Festplatte nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Als ich nämlich versucht habe meine System Partition mit Acronis Disk Director zu verschieben, kahm eine Fehlemeldung und die Daten waren wieder zersörrt (Hatte diesmal zum glück ein Backup). Ich habe mir mal die logdatei von SMART angeguckt und geshen, dass dort mehrere Festplatten Errors angezeigt werden, die ich leider nicht verstehe:

    Außerdem kann ich nur noch 460GB von den 500GB nutzen.
    Habe komplette Festplatten formatierung schon probiert hat aber leider nichts gebracht.

    Hat jemand Ahnung was mit meiner Festplatte los ist bzw. wie ich sie nochmal ganz ausführlich testen kann. Der Windows Festplatten Test bricht beim booten immer ab.
    Werde ich mir eine neue Festplatte kaufen müssen (bzw. Laptop zurückschicken wegen Garantie) oder kann man solche Fehler noch irgendwie beheben?

    Das du bei einer 500 GB Festplatte keine vollen 500 GB nutzen kannst, ist doch völlig normal.

    Dein SMART sagt: User Capacity: 500.107.862.016 bytes

    500107862016 bytes : 1024 = 488386584 kilobytes
    488386584 kilobytes : 1024 = 476940,02 megabytes
    476940,02 megabytes : 1024 = 465,76 gigabytes

    passt doch also ...

    Meine 1 TB Platte hat auch nur 931 GB nutzbar laut Windows 7 Explorer. Völlig normal.

    Welche Meldungen meinst du jetzt genau, die du nicht verstehst?

    Mit welchem Programm kann ich die Festplatte denn nochmal genau prüfen?
